Ms. Marion Jones will be the Associate Director for PREPS, serving as Director of Assessment, Accountability, and Learning. A former math teacher in the Drew, Clinton, and Northwest Rankin School Districts, has also worked in the Mississippi Department of Education as Division Director, Branch Director and Mathematics Specialist in the Office of Academic Education. She comes to PREPS from Pearson (formally Harcourt Assessment, Inc.) in San Antonio, Texas, as Director of Mathematics Content Development.
Ms. Jones has a Masters Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Mississippi College and a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics Education from Mississippi State University.
