Registration Policies

Incomplete forms cannot be processed. Fees may be remitted pre conference by mail or during on site registration at the conference. Checks should be made payable to PREPS. No telephone registration. To qualify for PREPS' member rates, a registrant's school district must maintain an active membership in the PREPS organization. Costs for CEU credits will be $20.00 and will be collected on site separately from conference registration. SEMI credit is available upon request.

Cancellations and Substitutions:

All cancellations must be in writing and sent to EventsPlus. Registrants whose cancellations are received by November 3, 2009, will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee. Individuals whose cancellations are received after November 3, 2009 and conference no-shows will be responsible for the full registration fee. Those who determine they cannot attend the conference after they have registered may substitute colleagues. A confirmation letter will be mailed when registration is received.
